Warranty Scope for Grow Tent Accessories
LED Grow Light
The LED grow light has a 5-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Any problems arising during this period due to manufacturing defects will be resolved through replacement or repair.
Inline Fan
The inline fan has a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, as well as defects in materials and workmanship. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or excessive moisture is not covered.
Clip-on Fan
The clip-on fan also has a 1-year warranty. As with the inline fan, damage caused by improper use, improper installation, or environmental influences such as high humidity or direct contact with water is excluded from this warranty.
Other Accessories
Other accessories included in the grow tent kit, such as hangers, connectors, and tools, are not covered by this warranty if they were delivered in perfect condition. These accessories are considered free of defects upon shipment and are not covered by the warranty after normal use. Wear and tear or damage caused by prolonged or improper use after receipt are excluded from the warranty.
Warranty Claims and Processing
If you have a problem with a product that you believe is covered by the warranty, please follow the steps below:
Contact Customer Support: Contact our customer service department and provide your receipt and a description of the problem.
Product Inspection: We may request photos or videos to assess the problem. If necessary, the product must be returned for further inspection.
Replacement or Repair: If the product is covered by our warranty, we offer a replacement or repair, depending on the nature of the defect.
Exclusions
Please note that the following are not covered by our warranty:
Accessories or products that were delivered in perfect condition but were damaged through normal use.
Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, or neglect.
Products that have been altered or tampered with by unauthorized personnel.
Damage caused by environmental influences such as humidity, extreme temperatures, or water exposure.
Superficial damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.
