Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirms receipt of your order and payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically contact our warehouse to confirm that the product is in stock and ready for immediate shipment. In the rare event that the product is backordered or unavailable, we will contact you immediately and ask if you wish to wait for availability or receive a refund. If the item is ready for immediate shipment (1 business day), we will process the order and arrange shipment.

Shipping
Most products ship within 2 business days of the order date (unless otherwise stated on the product page). We will send you tracking information as soon as it is available. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us via email.

International Reach: We currently only sell products in Germany.

Worldwide shipping is not possible.
