30-Day Return Policy:

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. The prerequisite for a return is that your item is unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or delivery note with your return.

How to initiate a return:

Contact: Before returning any items, please contact our Returns Team at [email protected] to initiate the return process.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product.

Pack the item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories you provided. Include the RA number: Please write the provided RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Returns: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns.

Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
